I can see the sun, but even if I cannot see the sun, I know that it exists. And to know that the sun is there – that is living.

The translated word is not the passive perception: “that is to be alive”

but the potentially active: “that is living”.

Breathing, watching, hearing, feeling the warmth, touching, sensing, moving, acting, interacting. Always thanking.
