Wondering if the Sheep will return to center city Philly

Center city has changed but not so much.
Lots of glass went up after 1975 so that William Penn on his steeple at the top of City Hall can flash himself even more effectively all over the city.

But center city is deserted these days. And we are wondering whether the sheep will return.
We shall still feel at home when they arrive.
I mean: can they make more of a mess than this virus?
