Longwood Gardens:  pleasure gardens, conservatory and research establishment left by Pierre S. du Pont, 1870-1954.

Camellia bushes remained quietly in a corner corridor of the conservatory, their dazzling flower heads flushing with anticipation, bowed and twisted and stared in admiration while the orchids flew by.

And the filtered light of giant palms against the conservatory windows shielded our eyes from the dazzle of orchids flying in formation.
