Michel Duchamp towards Constantin Brancusi on a hot day 1

The heat and humidity have reached ridiculous levels here.

I rushed down my little staircase and out into the city and up to the Museum to spend time with the cool Constantin Brancusi.

I wish I could have rushed naked into this heat.  As with Marcel Duchamp’s nude at the Armory Show in New York in 1913, but for sadly different and mundane reasons, my naked flight would have caused a scandal, of course.
